legal: All Rights Reserved + copyright-assignment contribution agreement - #5
Merged
Conversation
Remove the MIT LICENSE (no longer open source); add the All-Rights-Reserved notice to the README (only the author may use/monetize); rewrite the License section; replace CONTRIBUTING.md with the Contribution Agreement (PRs assign copyright + ownership to the owner). Note: already-published versions under MIT remain MIT.

Locks the repo to All Rights Reserved — only the author may use or monetize the code. Removes MIT LICENSE, adds the notice + rewrites License section in the README, and replaces CONTRIBUTING.md with the Contribution Agreement (PRs assign copyright + ownership). Caveat (not legal advice): versions already published under MIT remain MIT for those versions.
